Blue Morphos... Taken at the Buttefly Show at the Krohn's Conservatory in Eden Park, Cincinnati, OH.
These butterflies almost never land, and when they do they never have their wings open... so in an effort to catch their beauty I upped the shutter speed and started snapping away!
The only problem with a fast shutter speed is often the image appears noisy, but that's the price you pay to get the shot sometimes.
